Deborah C. McFall
Deborah McFall is a legal
assistant and the office manager of the law firm of Baker, Campbell &
Parsons, where she has 27 years experience.
Deborah assists David Bate Parsons
in all aspects of the firm's law practice, including estate planning (e.g.,
wills, living wills, trust agreements and powers of attorney and related
fiduciary and estate tax returns), the preparation of corporate and
commercial documents, (e.g., stockholder agreements, stock purchase
agreements, limited liability and general partnership agreements and
security and related entity tax returns) and related litigation matters
(e.g., will contests, tax litigation and criminal tax matters).
Deborah received her B.A. in
Sociology from Lee University. She has served as past treasurer of the
National Legal Secretaries Association, Nashville Chapter. For over 10
years, Deborah has served as the assistant to the Treasurer of the Sumner
County Historical Society. Deborah is an active member of the Uptown YMCA.
Additionally, she is an active participant in the Middle Tennessee YMCA,
Nashville Chapter, We Build People Program.
Deborah resides in Nashville with her husband of 22
years, Jeffery McFall. Jeff is a graduate of the University of Tennessee,
Knoxville, and is employed by Pfizer. Deborah's personal interests include
reading, working out, hiking in the American West and boating with her
husband.
